How to register with Martwalk as service provider professional?
How to register with Martwalk as a user?
First go to https://www.martwalk.co/ . At the right top, click the “Register” button where you see “Become a User” option. Just click on it.
You will see a form where you need to enter details such as “Name”, “Email” and “mobile Number”.
Click on the “Register” button, thereafter you will get an OTP at the registered mobile number. Just enter the OTP to complete the registration process as the user.
I want to change my phone number:
First login the system and you will see the dashboard
Click on the “Profile Setting” option under you will see the option to change the mobile number. just enter the mobile number you want to change and click on the “update” button to update in the system.
Where can I check my saved address?
First login the system and you will see the dashboard
Click on the “Profile Setting” option under you will see the saved address details. If you want to change it, just enter the correct or updated address and click on the” update” button to complete the process.
How can I change my email address?
First login the system and you will see the dashboard
Click on the “Profile Setting” option under you will see your registered email address. If you want to change it, just replace it with the new one and click on the “Update” button.

What is Martwalk?
MART WALK is India's No. 1 Local Search engine & Post services that provides local search related services to users across India through multiple platforms such as website, mobile website, Apps (Android, iOS), over the telephone (voice, pan India Missed Call number( 9610705007 ) and text (SMS).
How to book the service?
For booking service, first you have to register yourself as a user to the system if you are visiting first time or you can simple login the system as a user using your credentials or registered mobile number
Once you login successfully, just click on the “Book Service” button located at the top of the screen.
Search the suitable service you are going to book and click on it.
You will see the service details along with the review. You will also see the service provider details along with the service availability time.
Once you are satisfied with the details, click on the “Book Service” option where you need to choose the location, date and time and payment method.
Note: You should have sufficient balance in your wallet before booking the service
Click on the “Continue to book” option to book the service
Can I book the same professional service?
Yes, you can book the same professional for the service but you need to check whether he is available for your preferred timing or not.
Can I book the service as per my convenient time?
Yes, you can book the service as per your convenient time but you should be reminded and check whether particular service provider is available in your convenient time or not.
How can I cancel my service request?
Yes, you can cancel the service anytime but you have to pay the cancellation charge to the service provider which is fixed.
What is the cancellation charge if I cancel the service?
If you cancel the service, you have to pay Rs 50 as cancellation charge. Out of which Rs 25 is given to the service provider and Rs 25 is the asset of the company.
What is the cancellation charge if I cancel the service as service provider?
If you cancel the service as service provider, you have to pay Rs 25 as cancellation charge and consumer gets 100% refund of that amount.
What is the KYC Verification?
KYC refers to “know your customer” where you have to upload your Aadhar card front and back pic. To upload, first login then at the very first place you see the KYC verification.

You can make payment either through “wallet” or “pay on service” options
How can I check my wallet balance?
First login the system; go to the dashboard where you see the” Add wallet” option. Once you click on it, you will see the wallet balance.
How can I add balance in my wallet?
First go to the dashboard where you see the “add wallet” option. Click on that and see the “Add wallet” option where you need to enter the amount detail that you want to add in your wallet and follow the required steps very carefully.
What are the various modes to make payment to add balance in wallet?
You can add balance in your wallet by following four ways
Cards: you can use your debit card by entering card details such as card number, card holder name, validity period and three digit CVV code.
UPI: you can also add balance through UPI. You have to enter your UPI ID and click on the verify button to make payment.
Scan QR: with this method, you can generate the QR code to make payment
Netbanking: with Netbanking, you have to select your bank from the list and proceed to make payment.
How does referral works?
If user refers 10 members to download the application, he will get Rs 25000 passive income as auto-pool income. On the same way, with 60 members, he will get 250000, and with 210 members, will get Rs 500000 passive income.

If you refer other person to download the application, so in such context, you are eligible to get some income which is known as referral income.
How to transfer referral income in my account?
First you have to go into “wallet to wallet transfer” option where you see referral transfer option. Just enter the amount you want to transfer and click on “Send Request” button to complete the process.

Passive income is the income that you generate other than primary income.

How can I change my password?
First login the system with the registered mobile number.
You will see your dashboard screen where you click “change Password” option which is located at the bottom of the list
Here you need to enter valid “OTP” and “New Password”, “Confirm Password”
Click on the “Change” button to complete the process.
How to change my profile picture?
To change profile picture, first login the system, go to the “Profile Setting” section where you see the basic information. You can click on the “browse” button to upload the latest profile picture. Click on the “Update” button to complete the process.

You have to pay Rs 1150 as the membership fee to use the Martwalk platform.
